What are Microgreens?

Microgreens are the tender immature seedlings of edible vegetables & herbs. They have two developed embryonic leaves. Measuring 1-3 inches in height, microgreens are small, but are power packed. Microgreens contain anywhere from 4-40 times more nutrients (by weight) than their fully-developed counterpart. There are over 87 varieties. They are full of vital nutrients.
